Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of services and potential legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iberian Institute, its instructors, staff, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of our services, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

7. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to:

In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

18. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Iberian Institute regarding your use of our website and services. These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.

20. Survival

Provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
